Inspection Process

Incoming Material & Component Review
Stainless steel, carbon steel, motors, reducers, bearings, pneumatic parts, valves, seals, screens, filters, and electrical components are reviewed according to project requirements.
Manufacturing & Assembly Inspection
Welds, dimensions, surface finish, rotor balance, shaft alignment, ribbon clearance, polishing quality, sealing structures, guards, and cleaning access are checked during production.
Functional Testing & Trial Run
Rotation direction, motor operation, reducer operation, vibration, noise, no-load running, control cabinet, emergency stop, variable speed, timing, dust collection, feeding, and discharge are confirmed.
Documentation, Packing & Shipment Control
Equipment nameplates, spare parts, manuals, test records, packing lists, moisture protection, anti-rust protection, internal fixing, cable labels, and loading status can be verified before shipment.
FAT & Testing Support
Factory acceptance testing for confirmed performance
FAT and material testing help customers verify equipment identity, configuration, mechanical operation, electrical functions, safety devices, and processing results before shipment.
Equipment Identity
Model, nameplate, key specifications, material contact parts, and agreed options are checked against the technical agreement.
Mechanical Operation
Running status, noise, vibration, sealing, safety guards, discharge function, and assembly quality are verified.
Electrical Function
Control cabinet, interlocks, emergency stop, variable frequency control, timing, sensors, and operating logic can be tested.
Material Trial
